Brookfield Democratic Caucus

Brookfield Democrats are encouraged to participate in our virtual caucus to elect one delegate and one alternate to represent the town at the Massachusetts Democratic Convention this fall. The Convention will be held September 25 in Lowell at the Tsongas Center (with remote option available) to establish the state’s Democratic Party Platform for the next four years. It’s a key opportunity to shape the future of the party and set expectations for Democratic candidates and elected officials in Massachusetts.

The caucus is open to the public, but you must be registered or pre-registered (for those 16 and older as of June 15, 2021) as a Democrat in Brookfield in order to vote. Check and/or change your MA voter registration status here.

Applications will also be available for add-on delegates to represent historically underrepresented populations, including the LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, people of color and emerging immigrant communities, and young people.
